5.  Financial Update – Bank account balances Checking $1,272, Savings $274,888.

6.  Old Business – Admin Director search- narrow down 13 applications, set interviews

7.  New Business –

a.         Annual Financial Audit - accept or reject

      b.         Merchant Holiday Get Together, Center for the Arts Thursday, December 1. Sponsorship ask is $650 (venue rental $150, food and beverage $500.) Organized by Leslie Todd (Jute and Palm) and Kristen Wilson (Wild Grace)

      c.         Consideration to fund Christmas Carriage rides

d. Christmas Downtown - lighting proposal, other decorating

e. Shade Sail RFP - approve for accuracy

f. Children’s Advocacy Center, Shannon Rodriguez, requesting $500. Sponsorship for her office Christmas Trees.

8.  Administrative Update – Financial Form 1 sent to all

9.  Reminders / Calls to Action

                  a.  Next meeting will be Workshop Wednesday, October 19, 5:50pm location tbd, Next Regular meeting will be Nov. 2, 2022
