ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION DESIGN AND INSTALLATION
The Panama City Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) is a body corporate agency of the City of Panama City whose powers are designated municipal functions. The purpose of the board is to revitalize and preserve property values and prevent deterioration within the Downtown District area of Panama City, Florida. The DIB is requesting proposals for the installation of eight (8) electric vehicle charging stations located in the DIB owned parking lot behind the Martin Theatre in Panama City, FL.
Work consists of designing, permitting, constructing, and managing eight (8) electric vehicle charging stations. The budget for this work is $8000.
The DIB will accept sealed proposals at 315 Park Ave., Panama City, FL 32401 by appointment only or by certified mail at Downtown Improvement Board, PO Box 247, Panama City, FL 32402. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “RFP NO. DIB2024 -1: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Design and Installation – March 8, 2024”. Proposals must be received by 12 PM CT on March 8, 2024. To schedule a drop off appointment please email admin@pcdib.com or call 405-245-0697. The complete Request for Proposal (RFP), including Addenda, if any, will be posted on the DIB’s website pcdib.com.
Direct all questions regarding this proposal in writing to Maria Williams at admin@pcdib.com. All written inquiries and responses will be submitted as addenda and will be e-mailed to those on the list of potential proposers. Interested parties are encouraged to provide their e-mail and contact information to Maria Williams at admin@pcdib.com upon request of obtaining the proposal documents if intending to submit a proposal on this project. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to determine if any addenda have been issued.
No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of proposals.
Local Vendor Preference will NOT apply. The successful proposer will be required to submit a list of their subcontractors for approval before award of contract.
The OWNER (DIB) reserves the right to reject any one or all proposals, or any part of any proposal, to waive any informalities in any proposal, and to award a contract deemed to be in the best interest of the DIB.
